Montgomery started with the Phillies in 1971 as a season-ticket salesman. He worked his way up to becoming marketing director, sales director and eventually the club president. This pilot Mural Arts initiative will travel to nine recreation centers, bringing professional artists face to face with kids in after-school programs.
